Program Planner works with Head of our BU (a business unit), and is responsible for development of business strategies, identification and development of new business opportunities and managing existing businesses with the target partner group in order to ensure consistent and rapid growth in sales and market position and maximize revenue across all sales channels through which the company is operating or should be operating.

Job Responsibilities

  • Do Market analysis to understand market, competitors, target customers and target partners; to identify and develop the our BU's unique selling proposition and differentiators
  • Cooperate with Head of our BU and Business Analysis Manager to develop business models and pricing models for our BU
  • Devise, develop and regularly maintain business strategies, short- and long-term business goals, sales & marketing plans, tactics and programs based on the budget, potential of market, target customers, consumer needs, competitors, resources and abilities
  • Work closely with Key Account and Sales Managers on identification of strategic and key partners and partnership development to leverage their existing networks and customer databases and ensure for the company favorable and profitable cooperation
  • Monitor existing customer's and partner's satisfaction to ensure service delivery and make or initiate to the company changes where appropriate to keep them satisfied and positive about company service and relationship
  • Work closely with Marketing team to develop effectively marketing campaign for our BU
  • Participate in other relevant projects assigned by Line Manager
Requirement
  • University Degree (Economics, Finance & Banking)
  • At least 2-3 years' experience at our product - senior business strategy planning position in a Consumer Finance, Fintech, Ecommerce company
  • Motivation to business development and strategy
