Job Description

  • Build retailer database, assess and profile retailers for further acquisition
  • Approach e-retailer, set up meeting, negotiate trading term, onboard them
  • Build long term relationship with expanding retailer network.
  • Leverage category knowledge, market trends and data analysis to propose relevant channel strategy and plans.
  • Build and execute effective retailers mechanics and programs.
  • Dealing assets/visibility/campaign activities and auditing them.
  • Control budget of promotion programs.
  • Tracking and evaluation of promotional effectiveness.
  • Planning inventory base on sale history & forecasting by sku level, by channel to make sure enough demand.
  • Stock allocation by e-retailers & replenishment.
  • Work with internal, e-retailer & brand for performance review & instant action to recover (if any).
  • Market and competitor insight/research.
  • Work with KAM to plan content assets/visibilities/ campaign activities.
  • Prepare campaign & content briefing for e-retailers.
  • Create and execute content assets where necessary.
  • Follow up and audit e-retailers sites to ensure timely delivery and effectiveness of the assets as per KPI.

Job Requirements

  • University graduate in business administration, foreign trade, economics.
  • At least 2-3 years relevant working experience in FMCG, Ecommerce industry.
  • Experience in content development highly valued.
  • Hard working, can work under high pressure & having team work spirit.
  • Good communication, can handle problems, multi-tasks and ad-hoc issues.
  • Quick learning & able to adapt with changes.
  • Good command of English communication.
