Job responsibilities
Work Planning

  • Create annual targets & directions for this position along with superiors according to targets & plans of the Section
  • Create & implement personal development & growth paths based on Section's human resources development plan

Technical Support

  • Set up & install equipment/machines from the start until completing the commissioning
  • Probe the causes of malfunction to equipment/machines & liaise with customers in order to find a solution
  • Make recommendations for upgrades, service or repairs and perform maintenance on equipment/machines.
  • Conduct training on how to use equipment/machines to customers or how to do the operation, maintenance, etc.
  • Periodically inspect equipment/machines
  • Establish a relationship with customers by providing excellent customer service, listen carefully to customers' concerns and address issues through after-service
  • Attend ongoing training events sponsored by company or machine manufacturers to stay up-to-date on the latest technology and repair options.
  • Summarize daily experience in order to propose to superiors/advise subordinates


  • Cooperate with affiliated departments properly & timely with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Communicate & contact direct-sales partners, distributors
  • Do tasks assigned by the company & department

Job skills and qualifications


  • From 22 to 30 years old
  • College or above, bachelor's degree in Mechanics, Electronics or related fields
  • Having 2 years experience in Technical / Engineering division
  • Have good knowledge of Mechanics & Electronics
  • Proficient in either English or Japanese (Business level)
  • Good command of computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Have a good business manner and work hard
  • Able to work productively in a high-pressure environment
  • Able to do multi-task activities with shifting priorities
  • Willing to travel on business trips in domestic & overseas
  • High proactivity & mobility, management, teamwork spirit, communication, high problem-solving skill, fair evaluation of Subordinates
