Job Purposes:
- Identify business opportunities and gather market intelligence including target names, industry and competitor information
- Expand customer base, develop and implement customer service call plan
- Monitor regulatory developments to ensure that the daily BAU follows the applicable regulatory requirements
Key Requirements:
- A good university degree in Business/Finance/Marketing
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in banking
- Good communication and writing skills in English and preferably Mandarin
- Sharp analytical skills and able to express ideas in a clear and coherent manner
- Pleasant and patient demeanour
- Able to work under pressure and time constraints
- Able to provide good and superior level of customer management skills
- Able to work as part of a team and maintain good relationship among staffs in the department and other stakeholders
