Job Description
- Responsible to implement outreach and recruitment activities to provide manpower to large volume of sales roles for our company
- Incharge mass recruitment and support team member to achieve KPI
- Create strategic talent pipelines for future on-boarding
- Induction for new starters
- Others task assigned by line manager
Requirement
- College/ Bachelor Degree in related field
- At least 5 years experiences in recruitment (from 2 years experiences in mass recruitment)
- Have experience in leading & managing team
- Very proactive, aggressive
- Prefer experiences in sales, reals estate, hospitality, luxury, service
