JOB DESCRIPTION
- Role Description: In charge of in-house legal matters including drafting agreements, addressing compliance issues, and providing legal advice related to the Company's daily operation and business activities.
- Reporting Line: Chief Legal Officer
- Responsibilities
Prepare, draft and review contracts, legal documents, legal briefs and opinions, and other documents in daily operation
Provide necessary legal advice on legal issues
Interpret relevant internal policies and laws, rulings and regulations for individuals and businesses.
Perform administration and management
Update and notify changes in regulations to concerned divisions or functions
Manage mandatory reporting, licenses renewal and other regulatory compliance for the business operations in Vietnam;
Work and liaise with relevant states authorities to obtain required license for Company's business, to clarify any legal matter related to Company's business lines
Other duties as assigned by Chief Legal Officer
REQUIREMENTS
- Domain Expertise
Vietnam Bachelor Degree in Law. Candidates with a practicing license in Vietnam and additional experience in holding company are highly preferred
Knowledge of Enterprise law, Commercial Law, Real Estate Law, E-commerce regulations.
- Experience:
Minimum 05 years' corporate and commercial transactional experience in reputable law firms or in-house counsel for a group/corporation.
Additional experience in e-commerce, e-trading, technology platform is highly preferred
- Individual Skills
Deep understanding of Vietnam legal systems, laws and regulations, with strong experiences in legal regulatory requirements and corporate matters;
Strong experience in corporate matters, commercial contracts and procurement;
English proficiency (verbal and written)
