Key Accountabilities/ Job Description

  • Provide strategic business partnering advice to BU management teams to meet business goals, carry short-/long-term human capital implications in line with business direction
  • Review implementation effectiveness of tactical day-to-day P&O processes across business operations
  • Manage recruiting planning strategies to meet business demand and cost control
  • Develop/review talent management for critical leadership positions and develop talent readiness/transition strategies
  • Collaborate with the management team on organization design changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Drive market-driven/benchmarked compensation decisions to maximize total compensation investment.
  • Develop short-/long-term training and development strategies for Company
  • Drive excellence of HR services delivery, systems to streamline work processes across functions in efficient and scalable manner
  • Review periodical reports to provide validated P&O metrics and benchmarks to support business decisions
  • Improve employee working performance, engagement, performance, retention and training environments
  • Collaborate with country Managers/business leaders in developing change management initiative
  • Supervise L&D team to achieve team/function goals 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key external suppliers
  • Drive self-learning and improvement in HR department 

Job Requirements

  • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies to achieve business goals
  • Understanding of the business, its levers for growth, its change dynamics and its critical success factor
  • Experience in analyzing complex data, understands business implications and makes recommendations to management team
  • Experience and knowledge in both strategic and tactical P&O core functions
  • PC literacy
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Minimum seven years’ experience in a similar role

Minimum five years’ experience in a managerial capacity
