Directly report to: Finance Manager

Responsibilities

1. Financial statements and Internal reports (30%)

· Preparation of cash flow forecast on yearly, quarterly, monthly, weekly basis based on requested from FM

· Ensure payments are processed according to procedures

· Ensure that monthly cash books & bank statement are matched to system

· Review all AP account balance monthly.

· Ensure that all payments are properly authorized as per company policies

2. Fixed Assets and Other Assets: (10%)

· Maintain Fixed Asset Register & Allocation Tools Registers

· Review Depreciation & Amortisation

· Ensure to archive supporting docs for Fixed assets for 10 years

· Maintain Fixed Asset & Tools' useful life master data

3. Follow up Bank Loans: (10%)

· Monitoring and managing the organisation's bank relationships

· Support FM to provide financial information to Banks/partners serving Funding relationship of the Company;

· Follow up Interest rate/ FX risk management

· Debt facilities management

4. ERP System Project: (35%)

· Key user of Finance function:

· Participates in evaluation workshops

· Help develop "To be" view of the business processes and test scripts

· Signs off for approval of system functionality (UAT)

· Act as Change Champion in respective process areas

· Trains team members during Deploy phase

5. Tax responsibilities: (15%)

· Check VAT declaration

· Prepare CIT Declaration

· Assist Finance Manager to work with tax authority

Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Finance/Accounting/Auditing

· Working experience with ERP system (SAP/Dynamic/Oracle)

· At least 3 years' experience with similar role in Finance/Auditing/Business Analysis/ Internal controller/

· English: Fluency

· Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the business and industry.

· Knowledge of public accounting & taxation law

· Relevant certification (e.g. ACCA or CPA) will be preferred
