Job Description
Client service

  • Provide leadership and mentoring to practice client teams and individuals
  • Oversee activities of practice and existing client programs to identify opportunities for continued growth
  • Maintain client contact at highest levels; keep fully briefed on current activity, identify areas of potential risk and take appropriate action to retain or renew business.
  • Be directly involved in management of programs, where appropriate

New business development

  • Identify and develop new business leads/contacts and follow up on new business opportunities and requests
  • Grow existing clients and find and convert new cross-practice opportunities
  • Lead development of research-based, insight-led, creative and integrated campaign proposals for prospects

Quality management

  • Drive efforts to develop/enhance quality management systems and processes
  • Lead/implement initiatives
  • Work with COO and Heads to strengthen and elevate our Brand Marketing Offering, bring on the map of CMOs and marketing teams of the top brands in Vietnam as the top Communications Marketing agency
  • Lead Account team in HCM office to become a business partner to embrace, drive integration of planning and creative functions and make brands evolve and thrive with an integrated offering across PR, Social, Digital and Event

Management/Financial responsibilities

  • Participate in strategic planning & management process of practice
  • Monitor monthly revenue targets for practice to ensure they are met
  • HR/People development responsibilities
  • Counsel team consultants on staff training and development needs
  • Proactively manage team resource effectively and collaborate with other practices on team consultants who are cross-practice
  • Evaluate subordinates' performance

  • P&L management experience
  • Operational excellence of managing MNC clients
  • First Class brand Communications Marketer, with proven track record of great quality

  • Knowledge of and experience with diverse channels: digital, paid, earned and disciplines
