1.Sales:
- Receive P/O, discuss with customers to fix delivery schedule
- Inform customers' P/O, F/C to PC for making production plan
- Work with PC in daily delivery performance (quantity, timing, etc…)
- Issue daily delivery nomination sheet
- Issue shipping documents and other documents required by customers
- Co-ordinate with related Sections to solve daily related problems
- Daily report the problems/ abnormal situations (if any) to Mgr
2. Admin: - Issue consideration sheet for new inquires
- Submit Spec. sheet, technical documents, etc… to customers
- Pricing & quotation
- Sales policy: discount & related regulation, etc…
- Contract
- Follow up customers' payment
3. Sales expand: - Make idea on target market and customers
- Make schedule to approach and develop sales activities
- Follow up new inquiries
. Male is preferable
. University degree or higher (graduation from FTU, NEU, HANU is preferable)
. Good command in English (writing, speaking)
. Good MS office computer skill; SAP software or similar ones
. At least 3 years experienced in the sales & marketing jobs in the same position
. Proven track achievement records in sales
