- Collaborate with dealers to make sales forecast rolling 3 months and make proper promotion as well
- Collaborate with MKT team to check the product ability as well as consensus the FCT
- Check forecast plan and actual sell-in with dealers. Continue effort to improve accuracy.
- Quarterly Key Dealer meeting to check the business direction.
- Follow up Tanawari plan, Seihan target, FCT to push sell -in
- Following and monitoring PO with SA team
- Following AR and incentive to collect/pay to dealer on-time
- Review & control D/S, display SKU
- Communicate with dealers about company policies, products, promotion and answer their concerns
- Update policies/ price & products frequently and propose for new scheme when needed
- Effective promotion support for dealer
- Market site check, Shopfront support & FF management
- Prepare master file, related document for CI submit, payout & control deadline
- Submit & follow up DM for new display support scheme.
