Job responsibilities:

** Position Purpose/Objective

  • Ensure the practical implementation of strategies/tactics the strategic business objectives and financial targets.
  • Directly manages sales activities
  • Direct, guide and oversee the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies to identify new opportunities for existing technology and to identify new technology, new products opportunities and strategic markets by developing focused strategies, to succeed in existing and new markets.

    ** Major Accountabilities
  • Meet Sales and MI objective to fulfill company's business target.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Ensure the organization complies with relevant legislative and environment requirements and to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Promotes a positive company image. Enhances customer relations by attending business and trade functions, participating in sales and product presentations and serving as a company spokesperson promoting Company products and services

    * Regional counterparts (sales and technical) for assistance to penetrate new products to existing and potential customers
    * Technical Service team - for joint-visit with customers / technical support
    * Supply Chain Planning - for delivery arrangement and payment, stock updates, etc.
    * Technical - for technical support, new product development
    * Purchasing - raw materials costing

    External
    * Customers and potential customers
    * Marketing networks - sharing information, get leads.
    * Attend to Chemical Group meetings, information sharing, networking.
