Report to: General Director & General Manager Sales Division
In charge of all Sales related business with dealerships network throughout the South Region of Vietnam (From Danang).
- Be responsible to propose & execute new sales strategies that help to improve the performance of manufacture and dealerships;
- Prepare sales volume plans (for mid and long term)
- Make sure the order and delivery process runs smoothly
- Responsible for the development of a sales team and Dealers sales team;
- Keep updated with products from Competitors
- Support dealerships with the entire sales operation including marketing as well as promotions to achieve the sales targets;
- Daily keep in touch with dealers (face-to-face or via phone) to manage and update sales operation and support any urgent case which may arise
- Follow-up & have checking dealer's contract, potential customers and fleet sales opportunities. Then give consultation and support accordingly;
- Support dealers with sales activities and marketing events;
- Follow up and get the dealer's daily/weekly reports as format and guidelines;
- Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales Report for Management.
