Job Description:

  • Listening and presenting appropriately to make a sale
  • Developing relationships with customers in person and via telephone calls and email
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
  • Make a sales strategy
  • Representing the company at the trade exhibition, business event and demonstration
  • Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of the formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer
  • After support and receive customer calls as first-tier support
  • Communicate with the software development team to achieve customer requirement

Job Requirement:

  • The ability and desire to sell
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Having at least 2 years of working experience in the medical equipment field
  • Have experience for IT engineer (ideally medical IT)
  • Good listening skill to receive the request or complain from customer
  • Good relationship with the key hospitals, and doctors; good knowledge of the market
  • Experience in a foreign company or related company is preferable
  • The skills to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A good level of numeracy
  • Preferred language: English
