Duties:
 Seek responsibility and take responsibility for your actions

 Carry out all professionally reasonable instructions given by your supervisor and use your initiative in the absence of instructions (your supervisor may not always be around to tell you what to do)

 Sales and Marketing activities related to Japanese market and guests
 Communication & Presentation
 Communicate in a friendly, tactful and professional manner with Guest, suppliers and fellow Employees
 Be informed and keep your supervisor informed of all matters that may affect your work, the hotel's service or reputation
 Always present a clean and tidy appearance in accordance with the hotel's grooming standards

Technical Competency

 Maintain an effective tracing system, monitor production of your accounts and discuss appropriate action with the Director of Sales & Marketing.
 Effectively prepare, conduct and follow-up sales calls
 Know your role in case of emergency
 Have a good understanding of the hotel's marketing plan focusing on the sales strategies concerning your accounts
 Conduct hotel inspections and regularly entertain present and potential accounts/ sources of business
 Compose any correspondences & hotel literature in Japanese
