 Always present a clean and tidy appearance in accordance with the hotel's grooming standards

Technical Competency
 Know your job and continue your self-development by self-directed learning and participation in company sponsored training programs
 Maintain an effective tracing system, monitor production of your accounts and discuss appropriate action with the Director of Sales & Marketing.
 Effectively prepare, conduct and follow-up sales calls
 Know your role in case of emergency
 Have a good understanding of the hotel's marketing plan focusing on the sales strategies concerning your accounts
 Conduct hotel inspections and regularly entertain present and potential accounts/ sources of business
 Compose any correspondences & hotel literature in Japanese
