- Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure regular target by telesales, or customer visit (to factories mostly).
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements from technical viewpoint.
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
- Calculating and making quotations in system/sending to customers/ collecting customer order.
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
- Administering client accounts.
- Preparing reports to manager/ input sales information to systems daily and report to manager any of problems for timely technical support.
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
- Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
- Other tasks assigned by Sales Manager.
