The aims of this position are: to achieve the sales target, promote the products, increase the loyalty of customers as well as the number of new customers, and increasing market share.
- Conduct market research, cooperate with marketing team
- Plan necessary sales activities to identify the customers' need, find and develop new business development opportunities
- Cooperate with customers' team in their project, provide best services to satisfy customers
- Build and maintain good relationship with customers and their distributors, follow up current customers
- Work with Finance team to improve the performance of receivable overdue
- Increase market share in the assigned area
