Job responsibilities
Work Planning

  • Create annual sales targets & directions for this position with superiors according to targets & plans of the Section
  • Create business plans from sales targets with superiors & implement them according to plan
  • Create & implement personal development & growth path based on Section's human resources development plan

Market Research & Publicity

  • Collect information from competitors & industry
  • Cooperate in formulating business strategies of the Section & offer relevant advice

Sales Management

  • Find new markets, visit customers/distributors periodically, verify customers' requests, make quotations for distributors and end-users
  • Cooperate with other departments, units to complete business projects according to plan
  • Collect accounts receivables by oneself, negotiate & close deals, contracts
  • Communicate & contact direct-sales partners, distributors, suppliers
  • Participate in negotiation with distributors & establish partnerships with them
  • Conduct training for Sales key person/people of distributors
    Others
  • Cooperate with affiliated departments properly & timely with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Follow-up with existing customers & find new ones and collect customer information & input into the company system
  • Analyze sales performance & continuously improve the figures
  • Create weekly, monthly sales reports & business analysis reports
  • Do other tasks assigned by the company & department

Job skills and qualifications
Required:

  • From 22 to 30 years old
  • University or above, bachelor's degree in Mechanics, Electronics or related fields is a plus
  • Having 2 years of experience in an equivalent position
  • Have good knowledge of Mechanics & Electronics
  • Proficient in either English or Japanese (Business level)
  • Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Has good business / personal manner and etiquette
  • Able to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
  • Able to do multi-task activities with shifting priorities
  • Willing to travel on business trips in domestic & overseas
  • Sales management, customer relationship building, knowledge of basic business & import-export, mechanical knowledge
