- Making analytical reports & weekly, monthly and yearly plans of safety improvements to existing guideline/rules, equipments systems, infrastructure and production processes
- Inspecting equipment and safety processes and ordering repairs for unsafe and/or damaged ones
- Presenting safety principles to staff in meetings and conducting education/training
- Sharing information, suggestions, and observations with leaders/managers to create consistency in safety
standards in the entire company
- Carrying out activities to meet the Company's goals and government's requirement in safety
- Investigating causes of accidents and other unsafe conditions on the job site
- Reviewing and reporting on the staff's compliance with health and safety rules and recommending commendations or disciplines based on performance

Safety staff will be a key person of the Safety Committee whose jobs will include but not limited to the below items: | ||||||||||
- Auditing production, keeping on the lookout for any unsafe behavior or breaks in regulations | ||||||||||
- Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations | ||||||||||
- Creating analytical reports of safety data | ||||||||||
- Inspecting production equipment and processes to make sure they are safe | ||||||||||
- Ordering repairs for unsafe and/or damaged equipment | ||||||||||
- Presenting safety principles to staff in meetings or lecture-type training sessions | ||||||||||
- Conduct continuing education/training to update knowledge of health and safety protocols and techniques | ||||||||||
- Creating safety weekly, monthly and yearly plans that include suggested improvements to existing safety | ||||||||||
guideline/rules, machines/equipment's systems, infrastructure and production processes | ||||||||||
- Sharing information, suggestions, and observations with leaders/managers to create consistency in safety | ||||||||||
standards throughout the production team and the entire company | ||||||||||
- Carrying out activities to meet the Company's health and safety goals and the government's safety and | ||||||||||
health requirement | ||||||||||
- Investigating causes of accidents and other unsafe conditions on the job site | ||||||||||
- Making safety and health reports | ||||||||||
- Liaising with law enforcement and other investigators who are present at the time of a serious accident | ||||||||||
- Reviewing and reporting on the staff's compliance with health and safety rules and recommending commendations or disciplines based on performance | ||||||||||
5. Main requirement | ||||||||||
- University graduate or higher, Technical major is preferable. | ||||||||||
- Age under 38 years old | ||||||||||
- Having at least 2 - year working experience in a similar position, preferably in foreign-invested | ||||||||||
manufacturing companies | ||||||||||
- Strong knowledge of safety and health Laws and statutory requirements in Vietnam | ||||||||||
- Good ability of Establishment of safety and health regulations, Training, Education, Risk Assessment, | ||||||||||
Analysis, Auditing, Inspection, Communication, Corporate Responsibility | ||||||||||
- Excellent planning and organization skills | ||||||||||
- Good command of English | ||||||||||
- Good at MS Office applications, especially Power Point, MS Excel and MS Word | ||||||||||
- Able to work independently and in a team | ||||||||||
- Quick and good problem-solving skills | ||||||||||
