Navigos Search's Client is the leader in English Language Training industry in Vietnam with millions of learners enrolling for their English courses and qualifies staff.

Currently, they are looking for dedicated and talented Regional Operations Manager.

MISSIONS

- Building and deployment of strategies, policies and action plans

- Responsible for P&L of campuses

- Building, development and retention of team

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Finance
- Responsible for P&L of campuses under his/her management

- Budget planning & deployment, solutions and actions for costs optimization, profitability improvement and productivity increase

- Reporting

2. Operations:

  • Admission & Students Affairs (ASA):

- Recruiting and retaining customers to meet sales targets

- In charge of sales and care processes to better response to students' needs and increase employees' productivity

- Efficient opening of classes

- Organize local Cambridge tests

- Assuring excellent customer service

  • Marketing:

- Deploy VUS national marketing programs with Headquarter's functions

- Deploy local activation programs for driving leads

- Propose actions plan to CEO based on market research

  • School Service and Compliance (SSC):

- Control school service and compliance operations to guarantee VUS learning environment standards (image, quality of facilities, hygiene, fire and safety codes)

- Ensure efficient use of school equipment

- Ensure timely maintenance schedule

3. Coordination:

- Coordination with Campus Teaching Quality (TQ) Managers and TQ Coordination team to ensure the VUS teaching quality in the region

- Providing feedback on teaching programs

- Better response to customers' needs

4. Business development (BD):

- Coordinate with Business Development (BD) Department for negotiation of current campuses' leases

- Update market news and propose new business development plan

- Support BD Dept in launching new campuses in the region

5. Public Relations:

- Ensure best relationship with internal functions for a dynamic, transparent and collaborative working environment

- Develop sustainable and collaborative relations with external partners, authorities


6. People development :

- Personnel training, coaching and development

- Succession planning

7. Others

- Other tasks/work assigned by line manager and BOD


REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 5 years of experiences in sales/operations management in the Education, experience in English Language Training is an advantage

  • A demonstrated excellent track record of sales and operations achievements in the education field

  • Excellent customer service mindset

  • Strong business acumen.

  • Ability to interact with senior management team members

  • Ability to motivate team members

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to deliver sales skills training

  • Bachelor/Master in business administration/ management

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales/operations management

  • Customer-oriented, results-oriented, can-do attitude, motivated by sales targets and indicators; rigorous, disciplined and methodological; initiative-spirited

  • Good command of English

  • Microsoft Office
