Navigos Search's client is the branded company specializing in manufacturing and assembling non-toxic toys for children. Due to rapid business growth, the company is now in need of a QA/QC Manager who can speak Chinese fluently and will perform the following tasks, but not limited to:

Report to: General Director

1.1 Organize, establish and improve the Group's quality management system and formulate the Group's quality management development strategy plan;
1.2 Implement the Group's quality policy and quality objectives, ensure the effective operation and maintenance of the quality management system (such as ISO), continuous improvement and successful audit (including internal audit, external audit, customer audit, management review, etc.);
1.3 Develop and review quality management related rules and regulations, work practices, work plans, quality standards, work processes, and supervise implementation, and timely follow up the implementation of each branch. Promote the operation and implementation of the company's quality system
1.4 Responsible for the analysis of the work of each position of the system, determine the responsibilities of each position, and be responsible for the training, training and assessment of the personnel of the system;
1.5 Supervise and guide the quality control of each branch, and find out that product quality problems are communicated with customers in a timely manner to ensure that the quality assurance of each factory is carried out effectively;
1.6 Effectively control the product quality of suppliers and outsourced processors to meet customer requirements; at the same time, cooperate with Purchasing Department and PMC to collect information of foreign distributors, establish and improve the files of outsourced processors, and ensure the stable cooperation of outsourced processors.
1.7 Coordinate the communication relationship between the customer or the firm, and handle the customer complaints in time to ensure that the product acceptance can pass smoothly;
1.8 Coordinating the working relationship between the quality department, the quality department and other departments of each branch of the group;
1.9 Organize quality management meetings at all levels

REQUIREMENTS
The most qualified candidate must possess the following:
2.1 From 35-45 years old, full-time undergraduate degree or above, quality management / related major, Office software proficiency;
2.2 More than 10 years of experience in quality management of large toys and electronics industry, more than 5 years working experience in the same position; Quality engineer, intermediate technical title, registered auditor qualification is preferred.
2.3 Proficient in quality management system standards and requirements (ISO, EN71, etc.), toy inspection standards and inspection methods, familiar with plastics, electronics and other toy expertise, ROHS requirements and product reliability tests, especially the control of production quality processes and Deep analysis and resolution of quality anomalies have deeper understanding and ability;
2.4 Solid quality management theory, familiar with quality management tools (SPC, QC seven methods, 8D report, 5Whys, etc.), and can effectively apply and solve problems;
2.5 Good at quality system construction, experience in establishing, implementing and improving quality system; knowledge of quality certification management, leading quality system review;
2.6 Strong communication skills and management execution ability, strong sense of responsibility;
2.7 CHINESE is a MUST, knowing additional English is a plus
2.8 Work conscientiously, carefully, with courage, decisiveness, and good management skills.
2.9 Proficiency in the use of relevant inspection instruments, instruments and tools;
