Participate in a 24-month enterprise training and development program:

· Participate fully and on time all training sessions with 500 hours of training on financial knowledge, insurance, investment, sales skills, recruitment and management

· Participate in practical extracurricular programs that promote teamwork as well as apply the knowledge learned

Participate in business activities:

· Finding and reaching out, building and maintaining strong relationships, expanding relationships with customers with the support and private mentoring of coaches and direct business managers

· Discover opportunities from existing customers based on their unmet needs

· Providing professional financial support and advice to customers to provide good customer service and comprehensive financial solutions

· Generate sales and contribute to productivity to meet business goals

· Collaborate with business managers and team members to come up with ideas and solutions to expand new customers

· Participate in business support activities, events, roadshows

· Prepare weekly and monthly reports assigned from BDM (Business Management)

Customer care:

· Provide customers the convenience with many quality services

· Handling customer complaints and requests with the company's guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction

· Timely updating customer database (leads and existing customers) to Prudential's Customer Relationship Management system



Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Management, Commerce or related discipline

· At least 2 experience years in Finance/Insurance/Banking Industry

· Vietnamese nationality

· Highly motivated and creative thinker able to work effectively in a fast-paced, change-driven environment

· Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously

· Good team player
