- Generate project leads for company by interacting and following up for business with Government and private based projects
- Participate in tenders and gathering the market information in the process
- Undertakes the responsibility of identifying, following up, planning, designing, closing sales, as well as executing projects.
- Presenting the company profile effectively and displaying the Value additions that we bring to the clients table.
- Focusing on Solutions selling and achieving sales commitments/Quotas as per set targets.
- Assessing competition and strategizing the way forward to close the sale.
- Following the set sales procedures, updating status of every prospect/opportunity/client
- Maintaining technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench marking state-of-the-art practices; participating in industry related workshops.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintaining cordial relations with all internal departments for better productivity.
- Good communication both in English and Vietnamese
- Good knowledge and experience in medical device or at least in pharma
- Leadership skill (manage 5-6 staff)
