Navigos Search's client is an foreign company providing fintech solution to corporations around the world. To accomplish the mission "Developing e-payment service infrastructure in Vietnam", they are now looking for a highly effective and innovative Project Manager to join their Hanoi team.
The responsibilities of the role include, but not limited to:
* Infrastructure and equipment investor, product development and developing network, operation, merchant management.
* Working closely with card center, IT teams and partners; collaborate with partners in Sales, implementation and service to ensure strategic processes and client satisfaction.
* Build trusting relationship between major key clients and companies (banks, SBV, Napas…)
* Represent company's project to the banks and convince them to join company's model
* Seek and develop new opportunities with clients
* Lead business project planning sessions, manage business team master plan and report to CCO and BOD. Manage project progress and adapt work as required
* Cooperate with employees and business team members to identify and resolve issues
* Implement relationship management tools, initiatives and organizational structures to meet changing client demands
* Responsible for evaluating the success of the service initiatives and tools and establishing goals for continuous improvements
* Develop and manage operational performance metrics effectively
Our ideal candidates are the ones who meet these requirements:
* Graduated in IT, banking, finance or related major, having MBA or advanced degree is a plus
* Advanced English skills is a MUST
* From 9 years experience in card payment business with more than 4 years experience as a card payment projects manager.
* Ability to handle a wide variety of business issues under time pressure
* Ability to communicate effectively
* Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
* Guide and improve team members' performance by providing motivational support
