Project CFO Main purpose/Role Manage/ set all aspects of the financial area included cash flow, tax compliance and audits, accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, cost & budget and forecasts preparation based on corporate guidelines, local and international accounting standards to achieve corporate financial KPI´S and develop internal control policies and procedures Reports to: Foreign Project Manager Key interactions/interfaces:
1. Manage legal, accounting, financial and tax environment to guarantee regulatory compliance 2. Adapt with the current process and make necessary change to improve efficiency 3. Research technical accounting issues to ensure compliance 4. Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax, financial compliance 5. Finance Project Management: closely working with supply chain, sales team to fill in financial gap and give out improvement process 6. Manage all accounting functions: including A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition to provide financial information in real time and guarantee accounting standards compliance 7. Establish, Create BOM tool, material process, cost deduction, and support current activities 8. Coordinate and lead the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts to maintain and strengthen internal controls 9. Establish, Create and Develop business relationships with banks and lead loan process to ensure a sustainable relationship with stakeholders Project Duration: based on job scope and matual agreement |
