JOB DESCRIPTION
- Create plans and strategies for defined porfolio, run marketing campaigns and launch new products
- Build technical program, issue sales materials and e-marketing
- Support BDC system and Key Account Managers including farm visits, technical consultant… and able to be trainer, facilitator or speaker at customers and BDC staff training, seminars, workshops or conferences
- Manage shrimp products and new product development
- Update and analyze relevant information about the market and business environment including market sizes, competitors and customers
- Work closely with stakeholders to align with marketing strategies for shrimp portfolio
- Develop and maintain relationship with KOLs, business partners
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Background of Aquaculture Sciences or equivalent
- 05 years or more working experience in aquaculture animal health industry, shrimp relevance is an advantage
- Good experiences in defining marketing plan and implementing marketing activities
- Good knowledge about digital marketing or content marketing is an advantage
- Good communication and presentation skill
- Strong customer focus and problem-solving ability
- Reliable, self-motivated and self-initiative
- English fluent
