MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
• Build, standardize, operate purchasing & warehouse procedure
• Make purchasing plan based on biz plan and network
• Analyze data, evaluate result in order to develop operation
• Orient source, key vendors short/long term to achieve target and have stable source, control cost
• Forecast, analyze market to build CPI, KPO monthly/yearly. Present to BOD and HOD for coordinate implementation
• Continue to develop source for R&D, Operation Dept. and work with Distribution Center to get cost optimization
• Manage bonus/income/promotion on contract quarterly and yearly
• Look for new vendors, new source by survey at fair, market, local/overseas market
• Build KPI, chart/system and coach team to contribute to company development based on 3 features: Valuable, Excellent and Human
• Manage warehouse and logistics in order to get supply optimization

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
• Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline
• At least 5 years experiences as Purchasing Manager (F&B, Retail, trading..)
• Possess ability to deal and negotiate with vendors and suppliers effectively.
• Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken
• Computer literate
• Possess professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
