- Provides day-to-day guidance and direction to Payroll Team for Vietnam
- Accountable for meeting payroll SLA targets and maintaining high-quality level of service by managing the relationship with outsourced providers and managing in-house payroll applications (if any)
- Work with system payroll provider and IT Support to ensure system is working as designed.
- Work with upstream teams (e.g WFA, HR Partners) to ensure any links to payroll are processed accurately and in time with appropriate cut-off
- Deliver processes to ensure accurate payroll to employees
- Support the business on any payroll impacting change
- Responsible for ensuring all tax, social security and 3rd party payments and reporting are made in a timely and accurate manner
- Responsible for ensuring Vietnam payroll is compliant with legal and regulatory requirements
- Be the subject matter expert - Vietnam Payroll and SHUI
- Lead the Audit and compliance for payroll controls
- Lead Payroll impacting change and initiatives for standardization and streamlining
REQUIREMENTS
- University Degree or equivalent required
- Broad and deep understanding of Vietnam Payroll (tax and SHUI) (3-5 years)
- Experience in dealing with the Vietnam local government
- Experience working in a global organization and/or shared service organization
- Experience supporting business executives, including decision making, escalating and delegating requests
- Experience in SAP HR
- High operational excellence and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to manage the day-to-day work of people and processes across multiple locations and geographies
- Able to multi-task and manage a fluctuating workload
- Excellent problem solving and judgment skills
- 3rd Party Relationship management experience
- Highly computer literate, Excel, PowerPoint, office
