Purpose of Role

  • Prepare and submit hard copy documents to social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance agencies
  • Follow up the process of open or close social book
  • Register the health insurance to get the new health insurance card and deliver to employees in time
  • Monthly report on the contribution, headcount, maternity leave, sick leave….
  • Liaise with the Social Insurance office in Binh Duong
  • Understand the labor law – especially social insurance law…
  • Process and monitor all issues impact to benefit’s claim to Social Insurance company
  • Support audit
  • Reconcile the monthly report
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to social insurance law
  • Manage and guide employee on how to use the Medical Care program
  • Register the new comers/report the leaver to Insurance company
  • Manage records retention

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge: Vietnam Labor law and Social Insurance Law knowledge, background on payroll
  • Professional and technical Skills: MS office, communication skills (e.g. English)
  • General Skills: Well-organized, work independent & under pressure, analytical thinking
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Administrative/ Human Resources preferred
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years’experience in this aspect, experience to deal with Social Insurance agent as well as employees
