JOB DESCRIPTION
- Are empathic and a natural-born-communicator who genuinely enjoys interacting with people on a daily basis, to make sure our partners are fully satisfied with company service
- Want full ownership of your role and decisions, and recognize the importance of team communication
- Have previous experience working with dentists or medical professionals
- Have at least 3 years of experience in Account Management or a client-facing role
- Think quickly on your feet and come up with creative solutions to operational problems
- Are tech-, data- and performance-oriented, and you constantly optimize your approach
- Are keen to learn about the process of Clear Aligners and feel comfortable in acquiring new skills in a complex environment
- Understand that personal growth is a result of self-awareness and coachability and bring both to the table
- Would enjoy working in a rapidly growing team in one of South East Asia's most dynamic environments
