1. RESPONSIBILITY: Manage the field sales team to achievement the target for each dealer, each region with following details:
*Responsible for Spare Part sales promotion:
- CPUS/Service units/Service Sales expansion planning;
- Parts sales promotion planning for each sales channel, segment, products;
- Planning & implementing contest for Sales Promotion/Event;
- Service products development, and maintenance products planning;
- Deployment of products sales;
- Pricing strategy for key products;
- Responsible for Spare Part sales planning:
- Build medium to long-term strategy planning;
- Budget planning (Parts, Service), sales expense management;
- Achievement management (Sales & Profit),
- Incentive scheme development;
- Staff training;
- Direct Sales activity support (If any);
*Report:
- Weekly, monthly, annually revenue& profit performance report
- Activities planning report, budget reports;
- Others: Other job assigned by the Management
