Reporting to the Order Fulfillment Manager, Vietnam, the sales & service administrator needs to process Leads and Opportunities in CRM and for the administration related activities of the entire service process.
MAIN TASKS
1. Sales Administration:
- Lead Management in CRM
+ Assigning Leads to the correct Sales Rep and follow up activities - Opportunity Management in CRM
+ Assisting the Sales Reps and Management to keep the opportunities up-to-date
+ Assisting in Quote Creation and Quote verification (Mat Numbers, KMAT etc)
+ Triggering of ERP Account Promotion (Prospect to Sold-to)
+ Verification of passing the Quote successfully to ERP
+ Assisting in Tender preparation
+ Owner of the Opportunities - Customer Contact for all sales related matters - order status, delivery times
- Sales Pricing Management in ERP and for the Sales Reps
- Sales Support for events and follow-up activities
- Demo Equipment Management
2. Service Administration: - Ticket Creation (CCT) and Follow-up via CRM
+ Planned Maintenance
+ Breakdown
+ Installation - Owner of the Service Tickets
- Spare Part Management for the FSE
- Customer Contact for Service related matters - FSE appointments
- Dispatching of the FSE to the customer site via Innosoft
- Verification of the Service Order Confirmation (SVOC) for further processing and completing the Service tickets
- Ibase Management through CRM
- Service Contract Management (Quotation, Renewal, Invoicing)
- NPS Follow-up
