The responsibilities of the role include, but not limited to:
- Asisst IT service management Manager with managing and communicating with team members
- Make reports and documents as Managers and Customer request.
- Interpreter/Translate meeting, documents, ability to make meeting files and meeting minutes.
- Admin duty and support at communicating with customers.
- Other requirement from managers
