Our client is a dynamic startup company providing full services related to Magento technology, having businesses in the large market in the US, UK, and Asia. Due to rapid business expansion, they are urgently looking for an Operation Manager which has the responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supervise the regular operation, including directing and coordinating activities of departments concerned with process, quality, finance, HR, and services distribution.
- Actively get involved in improving the process to advance the customer satisfaction level, establish the customer-focused culture in the operation department.
- Be in charge of the operational budgets and asset management; determine the activities or areas that requiring cost reduction/revision
- Monitor and review the performance; propose improvement plans.
- Create a multi-skilled and flexible workforce.
