Our client is a NVOCC company in logistic industry who provide a wide range of transportation and logistics services in a great location of the central of Vietnam.

Job Description

Team Management

  • Set-up KPI and guide SM to lower level with metrics to measure and manage the implementation in order to achieve the Budget
  • Create overall business process/workflow and guide S.M/Manager to built up/perfect appropriate operation SOP
  • Control admin fee to be in line with the Budget
  • Set-up/restructure Div Organization Chart when needed. Report to GM for final approval
  • Monthly Evaluate periodically the overall performance of the department
  • Follow up team's performance, porpose to GM adjust plan on process, KPI, …. if necessary to have better/proper biz process
  • Implement procurement activities, support in negotiation with suppliers or with RHQ/GHQ, achieving optimum results.
  • Setting up training program and arrange team building
  • Control non-compliance. Review incident report with S.Manager/team. Proactive to decide/guide for critical issues/occurrence and prevention action.Report for GM's guidance on issue that is out of own authorization

Connected

  • Collaborate with Agencies, RHQ / GHQ/other department to meet the requirements of customer
  • On time Sharing market information, RHQ / GHQ tutorials (new process, news, system,…) for the group -BD/Management
  • Build and strengthen relationships with customers, service provider

Report and proposal

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports/analysis as required. (Revenue, Cost, profit, ...) together with the performance analysis
  • Report to higher management for out-of-jurisdiction, any new proposal for productivity, quality of service improvement
  • Participate in handling damage case: comment / decide or report for GM's decision for the incident report (depend on the nature of case and its impact level)
  • Participate in handling Claim case: Report to GM/CMD and GHQ in critical case. Check claim documentation before submitting for GM's approval.

Company Development

  • Support BD in finding/getting new customers, expanding business with existing customers
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Staff KPI & Development

  • HR planning: recruitment, replacement, rotation, development
  • Conduct orientation training, process training to all staffs, support SM/Manager in following training SOP

Requirement

  • University of economic, foreign trade, martime, biz administration
  • At least 6 years experience in Forwarding, Logistics field
  • At least 3 years in management position
  • Management skill
  • Wide advance knowledge of logistics industry
  • Good knowledge of financial and accounting
  • Good analysis skill
