  • Provide leadership for Vietnam Marketing Operations (Pricing and Customer Incentive Program - CIP) to operate in standard pricing, deviated pricing, pricing optimization, merchandising and contracts & agreements to business leadership teams.
  • Leads workgroup or department and sets, prioritizes and executes operational direction for Marketing Service Operations.
  • Interacts directly with Business Groups, finance and business partners to identify necessary approach/procedure to strengthen pricing & CIP operations execution.
  • Ability to extract data and analyze these data to identify trends to facilitate decision making
  • Serves as a subject matter expert in one or more systems (e.g., Vendavo, Vistex, BI4, etc.).
  • Ability to work with business to identify the most appropriate approach to pricing opportunities
  • Maintains or establishes SOPs.
  • Establishes and drives measurement of metrics.
  • Works with SEA Pillar Leader and Country Liaisons to define performance measurements which are aligned to business needs
  • Partner with SEA Pillar leader to replicate learnings and best practices (Internal/external) of MS services deployment in the country.
  • Execute the activities which will be moved to Global Service Center and support the transition and timing
  • Own standardization and centralization of processes in Vietnam Marketing Sales to drive efficient growth, Productivity and ERP preparedness


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 year working experience in relevant roles
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business or marketing
  • At least 5 year experience in people management
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Cross-functional collaboration and growth mindset
