  • Focus on new products, responsible for development and implementation of brand plans for assigned products, actively solicits inputs from cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. sales, medical affairs, marketing, regulatory affairs & regional team); prioritize strategic decisions and align investments to achieve revenue and profitability goals
  • Drive processes to understand the patient journey and medical needs of customers. Identify key business drivers. Provide critical analysis of market landscape, market potential in collaboration with internal and external partners to conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Organize local marketing programs. Define tactical priority to ensure core product positioning and concepts are well- planned and implemented according to CSL guidelines and local needs. Develop value proposition for products, provide core promotional materials, take full ownership of the material approval process
  • Communicate and collaborate with the Key Opinion Leaders. Develop and maintain the relationship with representatives of the key medical professional groups. Communicate, collaborate, and negotiate with supplier companies, business partners to introduce new products
  • Organize regional training platform and workshops to provide updated training on new products; devise customers training programs to support the penetration of new customers and retention of patients
  • Manage regional congresses and meetings; work with the congress organizers and related expert panels; advise and invite international speakers; coordinate satellite symposia and manage key promotional activities (e.g. key customer meetings)
  • Organize and conduct multi-disciplinary team meeting with sales, marketing, medical affairs, RA & reimbursement on a regular basis whereby POA and project progress are reviewed and monitored
  • Ensure appropriate system and process are in place and work accordance to the company's Code of Conduct; responsible for marketing budget control
