  • Responsible for developing and implementing short-term and mid-term marketing strategies such as new product development and portfolio optimization for Livestock segment
  • Drives brand focused market research and analytics efforts and manages forecasting for revenue and production
  • Develops and manages relationships with KOLs, distributors and Animal health industry key stakeholders
  • Leads, motivates and develops an effective Marketing and Veterinary Technical Services team through the strategy communication to meet customer needs and optimize profit in the short and long term
  • Leads cross functional teams needed to achieve key brand initiatives, defining and clarifying initiative objectives and managing the team, timelines and resources needed. Manages corporate or alliance partners
  • Ensures best in class technical support to end-users and distributors by technical trainings, seminars, trials …etc.
  • Manages advertising, P&I budget, forecasting, local change management


  • University degree in Veterinary, Marketing or Business (MBA is a plus)
  • At least 6 years of product management experience in Animal Health, Animal Feed or Consumer Health
  • Strategic thinker who can identify the key trends and position the internal assets and resources to secure competitive advantage
  • Proven team leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train and develop the diverse skills required to secure effective Marketing
  • Ability to communicate plans and ideas at all levels internally and externally such that concepts can be implemented, confidence in positioning is secured and influence of external stakeholders delivered
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese
  • Good team spirit, honest, reliable and self-motivated
