Our client is an unique Internet company that has millions of users in over Vietnam currently. They have a very strong engineering team to produce the most optimized and advanced product for Vietnamese market only and marketing consultant team to promote the product to end-users.

They are looking for a Chief B2C Marketing Officer who has 7 - 10 years of experience as head of marketing for medium or large sized company in Vietnam. The ideal candidate should able to exhibit proficiency in overall areas of marketing including strategic marketing planning, performance marketing, brand management, marketing research and PR. You are expected to crate a healthy and admired brand, and growth of our user base and their activity in company's products.

If you have proven track record in marketing of mass market product in digital, FMCG or similar industries, if you are is not only creative and innovative, but also is organize and management skills that can drive a team and coach them to thrive the market share and improve marketing knowledge, you can be surely fit the bill.


You responsibilities:

  • Define marketing strategies to support the company's overall strategies and objectives
  • Develop a feasible marketing plans for the department and oversee its day-to-day implementation
  • Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
  • Obtains market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each product; directing promotional support.
  • Research our data and define problems or opportunities.
  • Monitor success of our marketing activities with ROI in your mind.
  • Collaborate with other departments to uphold and promote company goals
  • Develops marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Establish relationships within advertising and market research agencies in Vietnam.
