- Proposing Marketing Strategy and detail action plans for the development of the company on yearly basis
- Managing the daily operation of Marketing Department and Marketing activities for the chains, including direct marketing, events management, PR & branding, digital marketing, telemarketing activities.
- Setting up and monitor budget plan for marketing activities as well as other task allocation.
- Setting up and manage management system for marketing activities like guest registration, traffic and tracking system, campaign management, digital criteria and telemarketing tracking system.
- Training and evaluate departmental performance.
