· Co-operating with factories, local buyers & brands.
· Key account manager in Vietnam to coordinate with the team for new development
· Analyze the client's demand, understand client's need and production to deliver proper product or service to adapt to the client's requirement
· Closely working with the sales team, and technical team and suggesting suitable solutions to customers
· Prepare training & seminars to customers to introduce our product & services suggest new products…
· Maintain good relationships with the customer and increase the company's brand name
· Developing services & packages for customers.
· Dealing with claims, issues from the client
· Others task as required
