- Take care of top 20 key-account poultry & CP segment
- Prepare expenditure and revenue budgets for the Key Account , providing regular updates and variance reporting as required
- Championing new methods of customer interaction including non-traditional marketing channels
- Champion the development of new initiatives such as new products, new marketing techniques, new advertising campaigns, the review of unprofitable products and maintain a business to business relationship with key customer entities, including, distributors, direct customers and indirect customers
- Strong market preparation for new brands
- Ensure strong launch capability within marketing team
- Leverage technology to achieve optimal customer experience
- Effectively communicate across all divisions/countries and species to achieve business outcomes.
- Maintain effective working relationships with major suppliers, customers and key industry groups
- Work closely with logistics, customer service and production to ensure efficient supply chain management
- Ensure accurate sales forecasts are provided to enable reliable product supply
- Ensure satisfactory level of technical support for customers.
