The IT Staff is responsible to ensure the operational level of IT and Communication equipment/ systems at the HN office.
Due to the nature of the work, you may be expected to work shifts or be on-call and it may be necessary to work extra hours to finish a job.
Monitor and maintain computer & telephone systems and networks
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Provide IT support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
Availability during core working hours plus 24/7 service with an emergency situation to assure the Clinic system runs smoothly all the time.
Other tasks required by Head of Department, Clinic Director, C.O.O
At least 2-year experience in IT support position.
Have proven experience in Servers, MySQL Database, Storage solutions, Networks Have high proficiency with PC, Hardware support, OS (Windows/ Linux) support Good communication in English
Nice to have:
Clinical/ Hospital experience is a plus. Have MCSA/CCNA is preferable.
