Execute and apply Global IT Strategy, IT policy and best practice
Provide direction, consulting, administration and monitor IT projects, IT budgets, standards and procedures
Managing the end-to-end IT operations including plan, organize, control and evaluate the operations of information systems and electronic processing
Regular Periodic review and evaluate how IT systems and applications are meeting the needs of the business. Coordinate with all business users and take their inputs to improve the technology solutions and services
Provide IT knowledgebase, Best Practices and Designing training programs and workshops for staff
Regular review meetings with all the key stake holders to update on IT actions
Provide network design, installation, monitoring, management and troubleshooting for WAN and LAN
Ensures successful implementation and rollout of SAP Business One, DMS & Salesforce System
Provide a 1st Level IT Support (Single point of contact) for company
Manage local vendor/3rd party, meet and negotiate with vendors regarding software and hardware procurement and maintenance. Ensure compliance with contract specifications. Consult with vendors regarding system functionality.
