KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Play the lead role in scaling a marketing/advertising partnership for in The Industry (FMCG & Retail) markets.
- Monitor the development of The Industry on competitive marketplace including local and international market in order to create outstanding advertising plans/proposals and close sales.
- Develop strong client relationships through in-person meetings, sales presentations in the market
- Provide leadership and direction to Sales team, recognize opportunities for new approaches in order to achieve and exceed revenue goals
- Accurately forecast revenue and report - weekly, monthly and annually
- Contribute to any efforts, thoughts or actions used to boost overall development for company
- Develop and implement best practices for partner and client interaction, support sales and services for company
- Perform other duties as assigned by Hanoi Director.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ year experience on sales manager/sales director position on The Industry companies/organization
- Be able to manage multi-people teams and people far from you
- Ability to perform in highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Candidates who are excellent in English are preferred
- Candidates with experience communicating the benefit of marketing/advertising opportunities to partners and brands are preferable
