- Create successful picture for all channels to be in line with Brand Strategies.
- Work with Channel Development Leads to identify Planogram, must stock list, distribution, visibility opportunity based on channel data analysis, retail audit data and shopper research
- Successfully develop all KPI's pertaining to Excellent Execution at channel which includes:
- Availability and Merchandising compliance (OSA and OOS)
- Visit Compliance
- MSL (Must stock list)
- Primary Shelf (SOS)
- Secondary Shelf - Hot Spot
- Perfect Store
- Lead in-store execution compliance and tracking by working with external agency for all channels.
- Be responsible for Speed to Shelf and excellent execution of new launches and brand campaigns.
- Develop and drive POSM strategy for all channels (in-store messages, locations, POSM items, KV adaptation, POSM production, execution supervision).
- Track Pricing across stores and channel formats. Propose pricing opportunity in each channel when applicable.
- Liaison with Marketing Teams to develop call to action messages tailored to POSM at channel level.
- Drive Competition Scorecards for tracking In Store Activations / Visibility and Pricing across channels.
- Work with Brands and Channel Development Leads to consolidate promotional activities into an integrated calendar for traffic control.
