Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis, consolidate and integrate the HR policies & procedures
- Study various HR process and build the measurement of HR effectiveness
- Build talent inventory and recommend development plan
- Design and build the HR Best practice, measure the HR effectiveness
Requirements:
- University graduated in Human Resources Management
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Sound knowledge of HR Process management
- Excel & Powerpoint expert.
- Have demonstrated excellent skills in the areas of inter-personal, execution and problem solving
- Able to communicate in both English and Chinese Language.
