Our client is a 100% foreign capital corporation in manufacturing with many factories in Vietnam.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysis, consolidate and integrate the HR policies & procedures
  • Study various HR process and build the measurement of HR effectiveness
  • Build talent inventory and recommend development plan
  • Design and build the HR Best practice, measure the HR effectiveness


Requirements:

  • University graduated in Human Resources Management
  • Minimum 5 years experience
  • Sound knowledge of HR Process management
  • Excel & Powerpoint expert.
  • Have demonstrated excellent skills in the areas of inter-personal, execution and problem solving
  • Able to communicate in both English and Chinese Language.
