Human Resources cum Compliance Manager
Our Client is the leading manufacturing in the field, due to current requirements, we would like to recruit the Human Resources cum Compliance Manager with a strategic mindset, strong organizational and communication skills. She/ he will be in charge of both Human Resources and Compliance field in the company.
Roles and Responsibilities
- In charger all Human Resource and Compliance issues.
- Supports the Top Management in the Audit and follow up with Clients for the Social Compliance Audit issues.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Promote company safety, health and environment policy and Integrated Management System (IMS) policy to the workforce.
- Responsible for trainings follow the request of departments.
- Administrate health and welfare plans (including enrollments), changes and terminations.
- Perform required documentation through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record keeping and proper deductions.
- Elaborate audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective action.
- Other tasks as assigned
