- Managing all HR duties (recruiting, training and C&B)
- Lead and consult management board with staff planning.
- Managing recruitment and selection process.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Implementing and revising company's compensation programs.
- Responsible for general activities such as evaluation, personnel policies and procedures.
- Oversee HR compliance and ensure cooperation with third party vendors for payroll, social welfare and taxation.
- Support CFO in developing local HR team.
