Job Description
- Provide HR guidance and HR policy and procedures, balancing needs with best practice;
- Be a credible activist for your internal clients, your team and our mission;
- Responsible for organization revised & headcount confirmed;
- Make annual recruitment plan according to manpower cost & headcount;
- Manage recruitment process and C&B operation activities
The Successful Applicant
BA/BS degree
Chinese fluency
Experience in HR manufacturing
Good working knowledge of local employment law, works council and HR best practices;
Good communication
